A series of guided, self-paddled kayak tours on Sungei Jelutong to enjoy its fascinating mangroves. Experienced volunteer guides will explain interesting facts about mangrove plants, the importance of our coastal forests, and what we can do to conserve these forests and why we conserve.

This leisure guided trip is suitable for both children and adults alike. Pre-payment and registration are required. Each guided kayak trip lasts 1.5 hours including safety briefing.
Date: 16 June 2018 (Saturday)
Time: Whole day several time slots from 10.30am to 3.30pm. See registration form for details.
Launching point: Next to Ah Ma's stall near Jelutong Bridge
Cost: $20 per person (to cover costs of rental for kayaks, paddles, PFDs etc). Any profit collected will be donated to Nature Society's Marine Conservation Group.

- As this is a Not-For-Profit event, we seek your understanding that there are no refunds once sold.
- In the event of bad weather, departure timings may be delayed or cancelled.
- Refunds may be considered should the event be cancelled.
- Participants must be 8 years old and above to attend. Any participant below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian on the same kayak.
- All participants will be required to sign an indemnity form before participating.
